Document Scanning: Utilising our ADS (Automated Digitising Scanners), our facility can digitise standard documents up to A0 large format maps and plans. We use professional Canon scanners , capturing up to 300 images per minute, recognising greycale and colour outputing high quality digital images. Our facility has secure document storage. Once the order is completed, we return the documents to your premises.

Large Format Scanning: All our machinery use award winning Contex Quattro and Bookeye technology. This technology can capture all formats including, standard paper, books, transparency sheets, fabric, vellum, parchment and drawings. Contex and Bookeye are pioneers in Colour Management, ensuring output is superb with enhancements for fine detail.
Optical Character Recognition OCR: Our machinery offer intelligent data capture enabling optical character recognition, supporting our clients with searchable and editable content.
Indexing: Our technical team index your projects as per your instructions, ensuring digital information can be found using searchable keyword content.
Digital Output: We provide our clients with a secure online document management portal to download all digital images, output to your requirements PDF, PDF/A, TIFF, JPEG, JPEG2000. Uploading options can include ftp, memory stick or connecting to your server.
