Our team can advise on all aspects of archive digitisation, from preparing original records for imaging, including conservation and safety considerations, through to data and storage. We recognise the uniqueness of each collection and can create a service around your requirements.
Fragile media can be faint because of age and deterioration. To counter this, we digitise to National Archive Standards, preparing high-quality TIFF files before post-producing them to your chosen PDF, PDF/A or PDF/OCR output. JPEG options are also available alongside the original archival TIFF files.
