Complex, fragile, tightly bound or unusually shaped books may require an individual assessment and additional technical charges.

NON-DESTRUCTIVE SCANNING
Preserve the book — create the digital master once
Our non-destructive book scanning service is designed for rare, precious and valuable books. Specialist overhead scanning equipment and book cradles allow volumes to be digitised intact rather than dismantled.
Digital outputs can include archival TIFF, RAW, JPEG, PDF, PDF/A, searchable OCR, Word and eBook formats, with delivery by hard drive, electronic download or secure FTP.

Each page or page-spread is captured using specialist equipment at the agreed resolution and file specification.
Deliver
Files can be supplied as TIFF, PDF, OCR, Word, JPEG or eBook outputs according to project requirements.
