Oxford Duplication Centre can handle a wide range of fragile, heritage and historical document. Not all documents and records are straightforward, needing a delicate service to digitise fragile media. Our technicians are specialist in supporting the preservation of documents, enabling them to become digitised at the highest quality. Our office hold a large range of scanners, with technicians that have many years of handling documents in all types of condition.
From general repairs, using specialist tape, we will ensure an accurate one time only scan of your fragile and delicate documents at the resolution suitable for the media. All media is carefully stored in our fireproof safes and handled using cotton gloves to avoid contamination. Our services offer clients any output requirement to the required resolution for the media, from TIFF, JPEG, PDF with resolutions upto 1200dpi.

You are welcome to bring your order in to our friendly office during our office hours or post to our office address below. If posting, please ensure to add a note with your full name, address, email and mobile.
Our offices are open Monday to Thursday 8am-4pm, Friday 8am-3pm. Turnaround times are between 7 -15 working days, unless otherwise advised. Urgent orders are always supported but might incur an additional 50% charge.
Due to the nature of our business, if we require additional time to complete orders, we will advise on our initial estimate
