Heritage Document Scanning of Large Collections | Oxford UK 

 Our services offer a specialist document archiving solution for clients with large archives of mixed document media from A5 to A0 in size.    Not all projects are straightforward and not all archives consist of easy to digitise documents. Media such as folded parchment, large A0 maps, small books and loose paperwork is typically held in A5 or A4 folder boxes, which requires preparation and organisation before digitising.

Our bulk heritage archiving solutions are straightforward. Simply calculate how many archive boxes, storage bags or lever arch box files and multiply by the amount per file.  Our solutions can capture to TIFF, JPEG and PDF with optical character recognition applied, and can include a mixed media of photographic film, photographs, documents, books, diaries, maps, pamplets, parchment, floppy disketts etc.        

Current clients include UKAEA, Oxford Science Park and Colleges within the University of Oxford.  We also hold heritage NDA signed clients who greatly benefit and enjoy this service because of our fixed price per file digitisation.
