DVCPRO is a Digital Video format, similar to MiniDV and DVCAM, which was introduced by Panasonic in 1995 for professional and broadcast use. While these magnetic particle tapes were once considered cutting edge technology, they are susceptible to deterioration over time.
Each video tape is captured to digital in real-time via firewire or SDI (serial digital interface) output connections to ensure every frame is preserved at the highest quality. Our video transfer techs review all footage, trim out blank space from the beginning and end of each recording, then convert the files to MP4, AVI, MOV or Apple ProRes according to your needs.
